Lost Future – Ranged Weapons

Ranged Weapons

';

A comprehensive weapon audio showcase featuring custom firearm sound design across submachine guns, assault rifles, pistols, and revolvers, focusing on modular asset construction and punchy, high-impact transients. This project highlights the studio’s capability to deliver high-clarity weapon physics, layered transient architecture, and spatial environmental reflection systems.

Key Scope of Work Demonstrated:

Modular Layered Weapon Architecture: Engineering of distinct, component-based firearm passes—separating initial shot impulses, mid-frequency noise bodies, mechanical action elements, and room/distant tails.
Diverse Firearm Categorization & Identity: Sound design tailored across varied caliber profiles, giving SMGs, automatic rifles, handguns, and heavy revolvers unique sonic signatures, transient bite, and mechanical weight.
Environmental Reflections & Tail Synthesis: Production of spatial decay tails and acoustic reflection layers designed to communicate room size, environmental scale, and outdoor dispersion.
Gameplay Clarity & Dynamic Range Control: Precision transient shaping, frequency carving, and dynamic compression to ensure consistent impact, punch, and mix clarity across all firearm types during high-intensity combat.
